Frequently asked questions
What are your minimum order quantities?
For catalogue items we typically work from 100–500 pieces per SKU, and mixed SKUs can be combined to reach a container. For OEM and private-label programmes the MOQ depends on tooling and artwork: expect 500–1,000 pieces for charging and audio products, and 1,000+ for custom-moulded housings. Trial quantities are available on selected lines — ask your account manager.
How do you price, and what are your payment terms?
Quotations are issued in USD, EUR or HKD and can be given as EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP, so you can compare against your current landed cost. Standard terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% against the inspection report and bill of lading. Established accounts can move to 30-day net terms against a credit review.
Can you supply samples before we commit to an order?
Yes. Stock samples ship within 2–5 business days by express courier at cost. Custom or branded samples take 7–15 days depending on tooling and print requirements. Sample charges are credited back against the first production order of 500 pieces or more.
Who is responsible for compliance in our market?
We supply the manufacturer’s conformity documentation and test reports for the destination you nominate, and we can commission additional testing through accredited third-party labs if your market needs it. Ultimate responsibility for market-specific labelling and registration stays with the importer, and we will tell you clearly what is missing before you commit.
What happens if goods arrive faulty?
Every shipment carries an inspection report and a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects. Claims raised within 30 days of arrival are investigated and settled with replacement units, credit or a joint root-cause review with the factory — 96% of claims are closed within 14 days.
Do you handle lithium batteries and dangerous goods?
Yes. We ship power banks, battery packs and devices with installed cells under UN38.3 testing summaries, MSDS and the correct IATA or IMDG declarations. Air shipments are arranged with carriers approved for Section II and Section IA lithium cargo.
