Quality management
Every order is inspected against a written checklist agreed with you at quotation stage. If a batch fails, you hear it from us before it ships, with photographs and options.

30% deposit with order, 70% against inspection report and bill of lading. Letter of credit at sight and 30-day net terms are available after a credit review.
Quotations in USD, EUR or HKD. Where a quote is issued in one currency and settled in another, the exchange rate and date are stated on the invoice.
12 months against manufacturing defects as standard, 24 months on selected lines. Claim window is 30 days from arrival, with resolution in 14 days on average.
