How quickly will I hear back?
Enquiries received Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00 HKT are usually answered within a few hours. Overnight enquiries are replied to on the next Hong Kong business morning, and costed quotations follow within two business days.
Can we meet in person or by video call?
Yes. We host video calls on any platform you use, and visitors are welcome at our Wan Chai office by appointment. For factory visits we can arrange an accompanied trip in Guangdong with an interpreter if needed.
Do you work with small brands and start-ups?
Frequently. Trial quantities start at 100–300 pieces on many lines, and we can begin with a single SKU to validate quality before scaling. What we ask for is clarity on your target price and destination market — that always shortens the process.
Can you sign an NDA before we share our design?
Yes, and we encourage it. Send your NDA for review, or ask us for our standard mutual NDA. Artwork, tooling and moulds developed for you remain your property.
